I went to Art Group this month at
As we continued our journey in learning
Some fun transfer techniques
For our pagesin my
Garbage Disposal journal
Check them out
Caulk Transfer
Packing Tape Transfer
Contact Paper Transfer
Gesso Transfer
Onto Canvas
On to Fabric
On to Metal
Contact Paper Transfer
This is a mixture of techniques
Just playing around on
One of my already done pages..
With this flower design
I certainly hope I took good notes
Cause I have a whole lot
Of different techniques here..
I will be emailing teacher Susan
I bet before I try this again.
She got us all thru it so well.
Try you hand at transfers.
It was a blast and a mess
But oh so fun
Happy Transferring

Those are beautiful... I have no idea how you did that , but looks like you have learned that well.. I would like to learn as I do a lot of prims and I think they would go well with some of the things I do....
Have a blessed Sunday......Cool weather has come to our house and we are rejoicing in it!
I've never heard of caulk transfers - must do some research on that one! I really like the look of the gesso one too.
I am familiar with some of those techniques but not all of them. I like that page with the flowers.

Hi DeeDee, I was away for a week so have lots to catch up on. I want to do transfers! I have to hit the hay now because we have our first day of the school year tomorrow. But I will be back to see all that you've been up to. Best wishes, Tammy
my fave & easiest way to do the transfers is the contact paper or packing tape. i have issues with the gel medium, & it takes too much time. caulk transfer? i've never heard of that before.

How fun! Your transfers turned out great!
I haven't heard of using caulk either...I'll have to check that!
Have a great Labor Day!

I don't know anything about doing such transfers. All your pages look great. Looks like you have a new image:) I love it.
