Where Boggers Create 2013 - My Spaces

Welcome once again to my
Place to Create
I still have my two spots for friends to join me.

This year I am crafting for a new little girl in my life
A New Grand Daughter
This is going to be her Birthday Dress

My workspace seems to be a mess lots these days.
You see I have had many medicals problems this past year
That has really kept me from crafting and blogging all the same..

I have added to my shelves some fun things from swaps and friends.
Hope to have this all painted to match
By next years blog hop..

Fingers crossed..

Last year I added a Sewing room to my spaces.

For this space I did get a wall arrangement
This huge frame will soon be my design board
For my Quilting I have started
The Mirror above will be a Inspiration board too
I have had this mirror since my early 20's
She has traveled the world with me..
She so needed a make over..

This room like the other has piles of mess
That I need to address.
Most is projects that need to get done
SOON!!

I got me a new friend to talk with also
Her name is "Sandy"
After my friend I lost this past year.

Another thing I have started over the last year is
Coloring with all kinds of markers.
I am so in love with the new Prima Dolls

My Sewing Journal is a work in progress
Hope to work more on her soon.

I have done a few altered Projects too
Stacked Tart and Pie Plates
Great for fun storage.

I have done a few things with Bed Springs
My Springy Top Hat Guy
Also my fun birds nest in the background

Another passion I picked up is making
Hat Pins.. I am so addicted to these now..
I have them stuck everywhere..

I have been so inspired by Pinterest
I even dabbled a bit into
Steampunk with this Fun Manni Head

My Famous Stacked wall is still one of my
Funnest features of my place to create
I cleaned this out lots this past year
And did a major reorganizing here..

Some of my fun things..
Fiends sure send me lovely things to decorate my Studio

Notice for those returning from last year..
I still have the same High Heel Shoe
Still un-finished... Yikes.!!!
Maybe this year right!!

I have also dabbled into some jewelry making
I inherited lots of beads with my friends passing
I try hard to use them well...
I think I need classes soon....

I did however accomplish one of my goals from last year
I do have all my stamps organized and ready to use.
I joined a Stampin Up group to meet new people
So now I can say I actually do some stampin too...

I sure hope my medical issues get back on track so
I can get back to bloggin

I sure do miss it..
And having my craft journal is so much fun to share...

Thanks so much for the visit..
Come again..
I will be posting fun things soon...

Have fun looking around.

I am off to check out all the other fun places..

Hugs
DeeDee

Enjoyed the tour - sounds like you have tons of projects ahead of you which is great fun when it comes to deciding what to work on next. I always like having a list of possibilities so I can go wherever the spirit moves me. The only trouble with that is - sometimes the spirit moves me in one direction and then promptly into another and NOTHING gets finished!!

Hi DeeDee, you have a wonderful creative space to design and be the amazing talent that you are. It looks like a large room with so many great areas to work in. I love seeing another with many projects in the works. That is so me too. Little by little they do get completed in good time.
I hope you begin to feel better soon and back to creating like you love.
Thank you for stopping by and your kind comment. Have a great weekend.
Hugs, Celestina Marie

I always love a visit to your creative space. It is fun to see all you are working on. Of course that famous wall of drawers is every crafter's dream. I wish I was close enough to come for a real visit!

I love your space DeeDee! You'll get to those painted pieces eventually. : ) I did the two tables in my room right after last year's party while I was still feeling inspired after seeing everyone else's spaces. Your stackable wall is amazing! I'd love to get a peek into some of those. I'll bet you've got lots of supplies on hand, too. Love your sewing journal.

Your craft studio boasts so many projects and storage areas. I have been attending Stampin Up workshops for a couple of years and enjoy making cards. Next year I'll show where I make my cards.

You have a wonderful space and I like seeing that you have projects out that need finishing. I love the book that you have your clear stamps in. I have that on my to-do list-but haven't started it yet. You are such a creative gal-so many interests. I hope your health improves so you can get back to what you enjoy. Thanks for taking the time to share your great studio. Mary

Aloha Deedee,
I love your craft space, especially your stamp organizer. You know, a few years ago I did the same thing, I met a blogger who was a stampin up agent, started going to the stamp camps and met some wonderful people that are now friends.
Though I'm not participating in this year's party, I'm having fun visiting everyone.
Thanks for the tour!
