I was totally inspired to craft today...
by my freind
one look at her post I knew what I was doing today...
no I wasn't drinking wine,....lol....
but I was making something with wine corks....
here take a look at hers first
then come back and take a look at mine...
I have the same tray as hers...
but decided to make a smaller one for my daughter kitchen table.

my design, not perfect but it looks good
Lolly has way better corks than me...lol

What a clever idea. I think I have every wine bottle cork I ever opened. They are all dated too. This would be a good way to get them out of the jars I keep them in.

We are overflowing with corks! At one time we were members of 4 wineries . . . now we're down to two.
I've made cork wreaths before and trivets.

What a great idea!! We don't drink enough wine to contemplate making such a thing, but it certainly would make a fun gift.
